Using the most advanced technology in our offices we are able to copy a video or DVD.
Sound From video or DVD Recoding
We sometimes utilise software that takes the sound from a DVD recording and converts the sound into standard sound format that can be transferred to a CD. This can also enable our transcriber to type faster using a foot pedal contacted to the computer. The transcriber will then proof read the video or DVD against the transcription.
We take the issue of client confidentiality very seriously. All our staff are bound by an internal confidentiality agreement. We are also willing to enter into any external
confidentiality agreements as our clients wish.
We dispose of confidential material securely.
Sensitive or confidential material can be collected and delivered by courier at an agreed cost
